Our Mission

We are a nonprofit devoted to reducing waste and promoting creative reuse in our community. Creative reuse—reclaiming and reimagining—is at the heart of all we do.

Our Vision

We envision a future where our community prioritizes waste reduction, where our neighbors are empowered with the knowledge and resources to repair and reuse rather than throw away, and where local artists choose creative reuse to demonstrate the possibility of a beautiful, sustainable planet.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

At Cracked Pots and ReClaim It, a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace is one where all employees and volunteers—whatever their gender, race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education, or disability—feel valued and respected.

We are committed to a nondiscriminatory approach that provides equal opportunity for employment and advancement in all of our programs, projects, and worksites. We respect and value diverse life experiences and heritages and aim to ensure that all voices are heard and valued.

We’re committed to modeling diversity and inclusion for the entire arts, reuse, and environmental segments of the local nonprofit sector—and to maintaining an inclusive environment with equitable treatment for all.
